Reading Etiquette..... please read
Here are just a few gentle reminders to those who order email, phone, or in-person readings.
1. All e-mail and phone readings need to be pre-paid via PayPal.
2. Please allow up to 24 hours after payment has been received to have your reading scheduled.
3. If you are coming for an in-person reading please wait outside until you see the person ahead of you leave. There will be a sign on the door that reads "In Session" if there is an appointment ahead of yours. We want all of our clients to have the privacy they deserve and need.
4. Please leave all food and drinks outside when you come for your reading.
5. We do not have a public restroom.
6. All in-person readings are payable in cash at the time of your reading or via PayPal prior to your reading. We do not keep cash on hand so please be prepared with the exact amount of your reading.
7. Please make arrangements for your children before you come for your reading. We do not have the staff to entertain children while you have your reading, and we want you to be able to get the most out of your reading.
8. Your reading begins at the time scheduled so please be prompt. You will be charged for the full reading from the time of your appointment regardless of whether or not you are late.
