Shipping Details: All shipments are fulfilled by us and a recalcitrant tape roller. We strive to fulfill orders no later than one day after they are received unless we are awaiting inventory, which we will attempt to make readily apparent prior to checkout. All orders are sent via United States Post Office Media Mail, First Class or Parcel Post. Shipping can take up to 5 business days. You may pay to upgrade to Priority Mail or Expedited Shipping and we’ll hold up our end by trotting to the post office, but please understand unanticipated postal delays are inevitable during the happy holiday rush.

Refund Policy: We cannot offer refunds or exchanges except in cases of shipment damage or orders placed for items that have sold out. Please use the contact form on this website to let us know of shipping issues. Items normally show “backorder” if we’re out, but if we have a really good day and you’ve ordered an item that is delayed or unavailable, we’ll let you know ASAP so you can decide if you’d rather have a refund.
